The RCMP Heritage Centre is a stand-alone, not-for-profit, charitable organization dedicated to sharing the story of the RCMP.
Since 1873, the RCMP has been an integral part of Canada's historical and cultural landscape, helping to form and protect our great nation and playing a significant role in creating the Canadian identity. Officially opened on May 23, 2007, the 70,000 square foot RCMP Heritage Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan, brings to life the incredible story of the RCMP in Canada. Through state of the art exhibitions, multimedia technologies and engaging programming, the story of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Force’s role in the development of Canada is told in the authentic setting adjacent to the RCMP Academy, ‘Depot’ Division.
The RCMP Heritage Centre is proud to offer visitors an opportunity to shop in our on-site (and now online) gift shop which is owned and operated by the Centre and supported through the generosity of community volunteers and members of the Friends of the Mounted Police Heritage Centre.
All proceeds from sales at the gift shop are invested to support the operations of the Heritage Centre. In addition, 10% of proceeds on the sale of RCMP branded merchandise goes to support the RCMP Foundation's various programs for at-risk youth.
Your online purchase will ensure we continue to share the RCMP’s vibrant history with all who visit us. This is a great Canadian story; it is our story; a story that is still being written today through each cadet who graduates, every child who participates in one of our programs and every visitor who comes to the Heritage Centre to learn the history of the scarlet and gold.
